Choosing a booking system is easy. Moving is what stops people — months of future bookings, years of guest history, and vouchers still sitting in people's drawers. So we move it for you, by hand, free.
No charge for the migration · you keep taking bookings throughout
Everything a guest would notice if it went missing. You send the exports your current system already produces — all the big ones do CSV — and we do the rest.
Every booking already in the book — date, time, party size, contact details and notes — loaded and seated against your new floor plan. Nobody turns up to a table that isn't there.
Names, contact details, tags, notes and how many times they've been. Visit counts come across too, so your regulars are still marked as regulars on day one — not reset to strangers.
Live voucher codes and their remaining balances, keeping your existing codes — so the one in somebody's birthday card still works when they bring it in.
The importers are built in — upload your guest and booking exports in Settings and they load straight into your book, with a preview before anything is saved. Founding members don't lift a finger: send us the files and we do it for you.
Bookings and guests out of your current system, plus your voucher list if you have one. Ten minutes of clicking, usually.
We set up your tables or sessions, load the data, and match your deposit rules. You carry on as normal — nothing has changed yet.
You log in and look at your own diary and guest book. Anything wrong, we fix it before you commit.
Point your website and Google listing at your new booking link. That's the moment it goes live — and it's yours to pick.
We're not going to guess anyone else's prices at you — they change, and a number we made up is worth nothing. Put in what you actually pay and see your own figure.
900 covers a month — drag to match your venue
Some diary systems charge a fee for every diner they seat for you.
Check a recent invoice — it's the per-cover or per-booking line.
Only needed when the fee is a percentage of what people spend.
Counted once, in year one only.

Your figures, not ours — nothing here is sent anywhere, it's worked out in your browser. nuvelo Complete is £99 a month, or £990 paid annually (two months free). Deposits and bills go straight into your own Stripe, Square or SumUp account, so there's no commission on top of this.
The first ten venues get the top tier's features at the middle tier's price, permanently — and the migration done by the person who built the thing.
In return we ask for three things, agreed in writing when you join: a named case study, permission to use your logo, and the occasional reference call with another venue thinking about the same move. It's a fair trade, and we'd rather say so plainly than pretend it's a gift.
Honest write-ups of how nuvelo differs — including where the other product is the better choice for you. We'd rather you stayed put than moved and regretted it.
