The short version: ROLLER is a full venue-management platform for the attractions and leisure world — the kind of system that wants to run your whole operation. nuvelo does a narrower job: sessions, parties, deposits and the day itself, for a single soft play centre. If you need one system to run everything across multiple sites, they're built for that. If your problem is that party bookings live in a paper diary and deposits are a nuisance, we're pointed straight at it.

Where we're genuinely different

No fee per child, ever. One flat monthly price whether you take forty bookings or four thousand. A rammed Saturday costs you nothing extra. We're not quoting anyone else's numbers — just compare how each bill behaves on your busiest weekend of the year.
Sessions that respect capacity properly. Timed sessions capped by child rather than by table, with age bands priced separately and under-1s free if that's how you run it.
Parties without the paperwork. Packages, add-ons and deposits taken online — including exclusive hire as well as a party inside a normal session, because centres sell both.
Deposits land in your own account. Your Stripe, Square or SumUp. We never hold your money and never take a cut of a party.
Digital waivers, built in. Your own wording, signed at booking or at a door-side QR. Each signature is kept for the family, valid for as long as you choose — a returning parent doesn't re-sign, and the desk flags anyone who still needs to sign. The first question every soft-play operator asks, answered.
Memberships. Visit-based and unlimited memberships sold through your own payment account. Members book with nothing to pay, session limits still hold — so nothing gets oversold — and renewal reminders go out on their own.
Party balances chase themselves. Deposit up front, then an automatic pay link before the party and one reminder if it's unpaid — with an at-a-glance flag on the desk for who still owes.

When ROLLER is the better choice

Pick them if you need a single system for the whole operation — a point of sale and card terminals, a gift shop, cashless wristbands, arcade machines and prize counters, several sites under one system — or if you want a large vendor with a support organisation behind it. We do bookings, parties, payments, digital waivers and memberships well; we are not trying to be your till or your arcade, and pretending otherwise would waste your time.

Being straight about where we are

nuvelo is early, and soft play is where we're focusing first — it's the part of the market we think is worst served by systems designed for restaurants. We're working with our first ten venues before opening up properly, polishing as we go. Those ten get every feature at the Pro price, locked for as long as they stay.
