These terms govern your use of the nuvelo website at nuvelo.net and related subdomains (the "website"). By using the website you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the website.

Two other documents may also apply, depending on how you use nuvelo:

• If you sign up as a venue to use the booking service, your subscription is governed by our Terms of service.
• If you book with a venue through nuvelo, that booking is between you and the venue, subject to the venue's own booking, deposit and cancellation terms, and to our privacy policy.

The website is operated by Nuvelo Reservations Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 17350115, trading as nuvelo and Nuvelo.net, with its registered office at Monomark House, 27 Old Gloucester Street, London WC1N 3AX, United Kingdom. 2. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time by publishing a new version on the website. The version in force is the one shown here when you use the website, so please check this page occasionally.

3. Using the website

You may use the website for lawful purposes only. You must not:

• use the website in any way that breaches any applicable law or regulation, or is fraudulent or harmful;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website, its server, or any connected system or network;
• introduce viruses or other malicious material, or launch a denial-of-service or similar attack;
