This policy explains the cookies and similar technologies nuvelo uses on its website (nuvelo.net and related subdomains). It should be read alongside our privacy policy.
A cookie is a small file of letters and numbers that a website stores in your browser. A session cookie expires when you close your browser; a persistent cookie stays until it expires or you delete it. Cookies don't usually identify you by name, but personal data we hold may be linked to information from a cookie.
nuvelo is deliberately light on cookies. We use only what's needed for the site to work — no analytics, advertising or tracking cookies.
| Cookie | Type | Purpose |
|---|---|---|
nuvelo_sandbox | Strictly necessary (functional) | Keeps your session for the interactive demo, so the sample venue you're exploring stays yours. Cleaned up automatically. |
When you sign in to the admin area, nuvelo keeps your session token in your browser's own storage (sessionStorage), not in a cookie. It is cleared when you close the tab or sign out.
We do not use third-party analytics (such as Google Analytics), advertising, or social-media tracking cookies. If a venue embeds nuvelo's booking widget on its own website, that venue's site may set its own cookies, governed by that venue's cookie policy — not this one.
Most browsers let you refuse or delete cookies. Up-to-date instructions are here:
Because the only cookie we set is strictly necessary, blocking it will stop the interactive demo working, but you can still browse the site and book with a venue.
We may update this policy by publishing a new version on our website. Please check this page occasionally.
